You can always just modify popups.sl. This is what I do, as I also got 
used to Alt B, enter. Same with Alt F, enter for opening files. It makes 
sense to have the most often used options at the top.

JWW I have a highly selfish suggestion: could the entries in the buffer 
JWW menu be rearranged so that "Change Buffer" is topmost again? I have 
JWW really become used to hitting (Alt-B, enter) to change buffers. This 
JWW is of course bad behaviour, as getting used to (Alt-B, C) would have 
JWW been bulletproof, but...
