more patches

Hi,

I've two new patches:

  Adds some text to the manpage. :-)

  ispell does not work for german outputs. Different words are speparated
  by commas not by spaces, because a correction might be to insert a
  space like “gar nicht” for “garnicht”.

  And it uses skip_chars() instead of using a self defined set of
  characters, which did not include the german umlauts.

  The same like before.

BTW: In the changelog, John, you've written python.c in entry 59 instead
of .sl.
