On a second thought, I have no reason not to trust you: in fact my beloved 
Perl has all sort of bad stigma associated to it. Perhaps some of the 
unreadable code you saw was written by me! ;) Of course I'm talking about 
golf and obfu, although I'm not that much of player at either...
